Future Foundations AI is announcing a pilot program for law firms who receive a high volume of inbound lead emails. Our AI system will read all inbound emails, categorize them (High Value, Medium Value, Low Value, and Referral), and keep track of all follow-up.

What is a Future Foundations AI Pilot Program?

Our pilot programs are a way for businesses to receive custom enterprise-level AI automation solutions for a fraction of the cost. Rather than one business paying the entire development cost (often a 6-figure upfront investment), 5 in-kind business participate at a time who share the cost of development.

How The Program Works

For this program, we will be selecting 5 qualified law firms to participate in the Pilot Program. Interested firms may apply on the form at the bottom of this page. The ideal law firms meet the following criteria:

  • Firm is mid-sized (between 10 - 20 attorneys in the firm)

  • They receive at least ~30 inbound email leads per week

  • They use Microsoft Outlook for their emails

About the Automated AI Email Management Platform

Future Foundations AI will train a custom AI agent for your business to read all of your emails and categorize them into the following categories:

  • High Value Lead

  • Medium Value Lead

  • Low Value Lead

  • Referral Recommended

We will develop a custom dashboard for your business that lists all inbound lead emails categorizes them for you automatically. You can easily sort through your emails and list them in order of most qualified. Simply click a button to respond to the email. Once the email is sent, it will be marked as “Replied”.

Sort By Lead Value

Easily sort your leads by High, Medium & Low Value, per your firm’s specific qualifications.

Also sort by leads that AI recommends be Referred to a trusted colleague.

 

Sort By Pending or Replied

Quickly see which emails are awaiting a response, so you don’t miss a single lead in your inbox again.

 

Open Any Email Thread

Go right to any email thread in Outlook with one click.

 

Track Replies

When an email is replied to, the dashboard automatically updates the email’s status to “Replied”.

How We Train Your Custom AI Agent

Future Foundations AI will work with your team to train the AI Agent so it understands the nuances of what you are looking for in a qualified lead opportunity. This process is a hands-on working session where members of our team will:

  • Review the types of emails your firm receives.

  • Define the categories you use, such as leads, client updates, or referrals.

  • Document the criteria your team applies when deciding whether a case is valuable.

  • Map out how and when referrals should be routed to other firms or staff.

Our team captures these rules and examples, then uses them to train the agent. The goal is for the AI to understand your categories, apply your criteria, and route messages the same way your team would.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

We will accept applications for this Pilot Program through December 1st, 2025, at which point we will select 5 complimentary firms to participate.
