ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Rob Wiltsey is an AI operations strategist and the founder of Future Foundations AI, where he helps organizations redesign how work actually happens using AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.

Rob’s background is in Industrial Engineering, a discipline focused on value creation, system efficiency, bottlenecks, and throughput. That foundation shapes his approach to AI today. Rather than starting with tools, Rob starts with how work flows through an organization, where decisions slow down, where effort is wasted, and where leverage truly exists. In his view, AI delivers the most value when applied deliberately at the constraint.

Before founding Future Foundations AI, Rob built and scaled VideoFresh, a high-volume creative production company serving enterprise ecommerce brands. Under his leadership, VideoFresh grew into a multi-team operation producing large volumes of performance-driven creative at scale. Running a complex, fast-moving organization gave Rob firsthand experience with operational design, process standardization, capacity planning, and the realities of scaling human systems under real business pressure.

Today, Rob works with leadership teams and operators to design and implement practical, production-ready AI systems that improve throughput, reduce decision latency, and eliminate low-value work. His consulting engagements focus on AI strategy, operational analysis, and custom automation, often serving as the bridge between executive intent and real-world implementation. His work spans multiple industries, helping organizations move from experimentation to durable, scalable systems.

In parallel, Rob leads the Future Foundations AI Academy, a hands-on learning environment for professionals who want to become top-tier AI operators in their field. The Academy emphasizes systems thinking, value mapping, and applied practice, teaching members how to identify constraints and build AI solutions that meaningfully change how work gets done.

Rob is known for bringing an operations-first lens to AI adoption, drawing from principles like value stream mapping, theory of constraints, lean thinking, and time-based analysis. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, helping organizations build capabilities that scale as tools evolve.
