About the Founder
Future Foundations was founded by Rob Wiltsey, an AI operations strategist with a background in Industrial Engineering and a track record of building and scaling operationally complex businesses.
Before Future Foundations, Rob founded VideoFresh, a high volume creative production company serving enterprise ecommerce brands. Leading a multi team operation provided firsthand experience in process design, throughput optimization, capacity planning, and the realities of scaling human systems under pressure.
That operational lens shapes his work in AI today. Rather than starting with technology, Rob focuses on constraints, decision latency, and system design, applying AI where it meaningfully improves throughput and eliminates low value work.
Today, he works with leadership teams across industries to design and implement production ready AI systems that move organizations from experimentation to durable adoption.
In parallel, he leads the Future Foundations AI Academy, helping professionals become confident, high leverage AI operators inside their organizations.
